Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns:
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
Refunds:
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Items:
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or reported after 48 hours are not eligible.
